This was a really personal title for me to design. Based on Jo’s own experiences, much of it revisits travels undertaken for Ernest, with photography commissioned over the first 11 issues of the journal. It also features artwork by Ernest illustrator Aidan Meighan throughout. Jo has long been an advocate of slow travel, and this thoughtful book brings together ideas and perspectives that have evolved from years of press trips and personal adventures, creating a new philosophy for travel in a modern, more conscious era.
