Having already redesigned Somerset Wildlife Trust’s magazine in 2017, I was thrilled when wildlife-publishing guru Sophie Stafford brought me in on this UK-wide redesign project. Working with the national office, the brief was to design a publication which would unite the editorial and visual approach of all 48 regional membership magazines, while remaining flexible enough to respond to local issues, species and environments.
The result is a user-friendly magazine template with detailed guidelines, and quarterly flagship features produced by Sophie and myself with our network of talented writers, photographers and illustrators. I continue to design Somerset Wildlife Trust’s seasonal membership magazine.
